Payment and Fees

1. Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon amount to taskers for services rendered through the Platform.
2. Fleeket may charge service fees, which will be clearly disclosed to users before they accept a task or make a payment.

User Conduct

1. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. You agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes between clients and taskers should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
2. Fleeket may, at its discretion, provide dispute resolution assistance but is not obligated to do so.

Limitation of Liability

Fleeket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Termination

Fleeket reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and for any reason without notice.

Changes to Terms

Fleeket reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.

Governing Law
